Through the humanitarian and philanthropic ventures, the Vietnamese American Medical Institute (VAMI) is committed to
providing health services,
education and
support to the
Vietnamese community both in the
United States and in
Vietnam.
The mission of the Vietnamese American Medical Institute (VAMI) is to work collaboratively in
supporting healthcare services for the community. These services will provide health education, health services and needed HIV and AIDS education and care. As a non-sectarian and non-governmental organization, VAMI will provide these critical programs and services to the Vietnamese communities both in the United States and Vietnam.
To provide needed healthcare services to the Vietnamese community, the Vietnamese American Medical Institute (VAMI) was formed to serve in a non-sectarian, non-governmental manner. The mission of VAMI is to offer health education programs and services both in the United States and Vietnam to those who need it the most. With particular attention to the education and treatment of HIV and AIDS, VAMI is committed to serving this most vulnerable population.
Since 2002, VAMI’s mission has been to
extend quality health care and services to the poor, the unfortunate, and the
suffering Vietnamese people in
Vietnam and the
United States, and
improve their quality of life through proper medical attention. This mission will be achieved by opening clinics, hospitals and other medical institutions that will provide quality medical care and attention so badly needed in many areas of Vietnam. With particular attention to the education and treatment of HIV and AIDS it is the goal of VAMI to provide critically needed health education and an environment for raising the standard of living for all people. VAMI will serve as a non-governmental, non-sectarian, humanitarian resource for the poor, the needy and the sick in Vietnam and the United States.
